The staff deployed are in malpractice and corrupt. They even are intrusive and abrupt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The company is into maintenance and service of helicopters, airbus and provide chopper services too. They have a hangar and service area just behind their administrative office building which isbin the same premise as Manitou India. The company is based in Greater Noida and approximately 5 kms from pari chowk. No issue of parking. Professional people and cheerful environment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst aviation industry ever... My parents were waiting for d chopper at kedarnath (fatta) point to visit kedarnath ji with their 4 frnds...They all are senior citizens.. They reported there at 6:15am on 1st June 2019. As they were asked to report before 6:45 by some person over there named mishra...
He was the main person handling over there
They had return tickets and it is clearly mentioned in the tickets that people with return tickets have priority in the choppers but still they had to wait till 4 pm and while which he let 34 other passengers board and travel who even came after them
He was looking for bribe and as they didn't bribe him he kept them waiting and at the end of the day said I won't let you people travel if you try to complain and you can do nothing to me I am the boss here
Is this the way indocopters treat their passengers who have confirm tickets booked from 15 days before the travelling dates???? Strict actions should be taken for this case ...I also have the video proof and I will be approaching the required forums for the same
Extremely disappointed with the services
Senior citizens had to bother alot over there and there only mistake was that they were not bribing the mishra over there...one member of the group made a video after which mishra got hyper and said tum logo me se kisi ko jaane hi nahi dunga mai.
Haven't seen such idiotic behaviour at any religious place like this

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't travel with them... They are cheaters.. My family had to wait on 10sep2019 for full day at phata helipad for travel to kedarnath.. None of the choppers came....They simply denied any support to the passengers... More than 150 passengers stuck.
Worst company.

Total fraudulent and full of people who doesn't take any responsibility. No processes and the employees are very rash with everyone. They will push recommendation candidates first and make you wait forever.
They have only one helicopter which takes one trip in 30 min while other heli services providers takes one trip in 10 minutes.
No-one in this company takes any responsibility of any kind. If you don't have a recommendation please avoid this airlines at any cost.
