Ambience and Interior: βββββ
For the service, there are some very professional and welcoming staffs but some of them were really not welcoming at all. Infact I found them to be rude.
Servers :βββ
Service was a bit off too. We asked for our pizza to have extra cheese and all veggies but got pizza with just capsicum and mushroom with less cheese. We ordered 3 but just got 1. On asking waiter he was bit blunt with his answer. Same thing was with the pasta. We asked for 3 pastas because we were 6 people. The waiter came up with just 1 dish with pasta that can't even fill one person. Upon being asked the waiter said "Sir aapne teen mange the na ye teen logo ke liye hi hai".???. Others things to mention were less attention, slow service, blunt answers and yes less resourcefulness.the live counters didn't had spoons and forks of their own, so we had to go inside and take forks and spoons from our table. You might be thinking servers can just bring live counter dishes for you but the server that we had said that Sir" buffet self service hai or aap bahar live counter pe bhi ja skte ho"

Coming to the taste:
Starters and live stalls were good but they should have that resourcefulness of what we ask for..I asked the the chef making noodles to add in some more veggies like onions and capsicum. He could have just borrowed it from mexican stall on his right side but he said " sorry sir I just have brocolli and mushrooms only" . White sauce pasta barely had any veggies same goes with other ones.

As far as lunch or dinner is considered don't eat the main course because it has lot of oil oozing all over. The taste is very ordinary. If I had to point out two things : first the daal was a bit off. The dal and water was seperated hence when you draw out dal from up it's all water and if you draw out from bottom it's a whole lump of daal(P.S. Sorry for so much detail). Second thing I want to mention about is augratin..I never had such awful augratin in my life that just has cauliflower in it.

β β β β β Great hospitality and amazing taste made our evening the best at The Indore Kitchen Marriot, I went there with my friends and every moment during the 4 hours were exceptional.
We had ala-carte order along with mocktails, cocktails, starters and main course.
Ambience 5/5
Food 5/5
Hospitality 5/5
Special mention to Narvar who was our attendent for the night for being extra sweet, extra humble and extra caring. He made sure that we were doing well and if we needed something from to time.

β β β β β Marriott Indore prides itself in being the next go-to food and beverage destination. The newly opened luxury hotel boasts a number of unique restaurant and bar concepts β including the Indore Kitchen which is an epicurean all-day dining establishment that offers both a buffet and an a la carte menu. While I consider the price of the buffet (549+tax for breakfast, 649+tax for lunch, 749+ tax for dinner) to be considerably affordable, you can be assured that you will be greeted with nothing but first-class cuisines.
Decor/ Ambience:
Replete with an exquisite selection of cuisines displayed along beautifully marbled walls and French windows, Indore Kitchen has an elegant and romantic ambience with its high ceiling, warm lights and hues of grey and white. The seating is spacious and extremely well planned.
Having watched chefs do their thing on television for so long has instilled in me a slight fascination with live cooking so if youβre like me, you might quickly become infatuated with Indore Kitchenβs chefs-on-show concept where chefs whip up a storm in an open kitchen.
Food:
The buffet begins with a traditional beans soup with croutons and diners can look forward to a remarkable array of fresh and aromatic breads accompanied with three different types of flavored butters. For starters I had the Paneer Satay and Paneer Tikka both of which were tender and flavorful.
You can also choose their drinks (non alcoholic) from the station which includes Lemon ice tea, Cranberry ice tea, Mixed fruit juice, Salted butter milk and Pineapple Lassi.
The salad bar offers few but extremely well made salads- I had the chana chaat, marinated fresh beans and cherry tomatoes salad, carrots and broccoli and raisins salad and beetroot and cabbage salad with almond flakes. The salad bar also has a DIY section wherein the diners can make their own salads from the best selection of fresh greens and a wide variety of salad dressings to suit their palate and I can assure you, The Cheese displayβs wide selection of cheeses will make your jaw drop.
On the right hand corner of the Indore Kitchen is an eye-catching Pizza Oven β a section bringing out a rotation of freshly made pizzas. I tried the half and half pizza: with capsicums and baby corns on one half and mushrooms, jalapeΓ±os, olives, paneer and caramelized onions the other half and drizzled with generous amount of olive oil and dollops of cheese, it was fresh out of the oven, slightly crisp and chewy, I swear it melted in my mouth.
To accommodate diners with a penchant for local cuisine, the Local Favourites section is where you can find familiar dishes such as the well-loved Dahi bada and peas chaat.
What stood out amongst all other dishes was the Cream cheese pasta, Fried banana and Mexican rice, packed with rich flavors and a perfect blend of herbs and spices.
The main course comprises of a wide array of dishes- Baked veg lasagna, Cottage cheese in chili basil sauce, Mixed vegetables in salan chili sauce, Methi daal tadka, Paneer tikka masala, Subz miloni, Dum aloo Kashmiri, Kofta curry, Steamed rice, Kala moti pulao accompanied by breads, pickles and papads and I would be lying if I said it was good, because it was amazing.
The most noteworthy section of the restaurant is the desserts section offering the finest (eggless) desserts Indore has seen so far. The Indian desserts section included Mawa roll, Mawa Katli, Kheer mon, Besan peda and Rasmalai and the Continental desserts section had Blueberry crumble tart, Cheese cake, Orange mousse slice, White chocolate Dom, Passion fruit delight, Fresh fruit cake and Apple pie and needless to say they were all cooked to perfection!
Service:
Extremely professional especially the efforts of Mr. Anurag who made my dining experience a whole lot memorable.
Recommendation:
Will I recommend this place? The answer is a resounding YES!
