★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These people are rude and ignorant. They don't know how to talk to the residents here. They are more rude and harsher than the police. They have not done anything when it comes to stray dogs issue and 311 app does not take complaints regarding this particular issue. They have outsourced it to a random NGO from Hyderabad which has not done anything significant and is just milking the tax payers. The NGO is being paid for the contract that clearly has not regulation or random checks. I smell corruption and pay-backs in this particular issue.
