★ ★ ★ ★ ★ horrible customer support, have been asking mr tushar & mr vikesh for some confirmation regarding the loan amount but i haven't received any, i thought it's a profession organization but I'm afraid it's not. its been more than 4 days now. guys better be clear with the documentation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some fraud people are sitting in New Delhi office (Mr. Om and Yatin Arora). The fee of INR 5900 has been charged from me with a commitment that your loan (Balance Transfer) will be done in a week or two weeks time. They did all the inquiries at my residence as well as my office several times. They kept on taking time. with frustration, i requested them many times that if there is a problem then stop the process and refund the amount, however, they kept on saying that there is no issue and your loan is almost sanctioned. After taking one month of time, finally they sent me an approval letter and asked me to sign legal papers immediately. Mr. Yatin Arora came to my residence at night around 8:30 pm to get the papers signed and took INR 1300 from me for those documents and told me that a person will visit your place for mapping and i need to pay him INR 1500. Next day, the person visit my place, just did casual look around and took 1500 from my wife. I was again told that the amount will be disbursed in a day or two. Suddenly, they started all the inquiries again and god knows on what ground, they rejected my loan application. Now when i am requesting them to refund my amount, they are just putting things on others. Mr. Om who, at the time of sanction of loan amount, was telling me that he is heading the north and having the decision making power is now trying to keep himself away from this and putting all the blames on Yatin Arora. Please beware of these two people. Attaching the approval copy for you guys.
