Worst experience till date...tried thrice in three days to seek appointment of Dr Madhu Vyas..today tried almost 80 times between 8 am to 8.30 am with getting only one message and afer getting thru at 8.30 i get to know that yet again the appointments are full for the day...dont know what would it take to get an appointment

Worst experience the staff treat the patients so so rude.... thair behavior is so bad to the patients and to patient's family they should maintain discipline... If the patient is in pain the staff should show at least some simpathy to them and treat them with respect.... Sarkari hospital ka experience bahot kharab tha....???

Dr Madhu Vyas is a mom to me n myv daughters she has been my pillar when my son passed away in 2010,she gave me hope n my bundle of joy with loads of love arrived in 2012. Tragedy again was unnerving me in 2015 when my hubby passed away. She stood with me like a pillar of strength n love. Her immense love and courage gave my younger one to fight back severe mengagtis n with her blessings.she recovered from it. Not just any one can be so great She is sent by the Divine. God bless her and her team

Had the worst experience at the time of 1st baby.. Very rude Non cooperative Doesn’t listen to patients problems. Coz of her bad treatment my wife’s wombs liquid almost came done to 20% and had to go for scissor and had complications in delivery my baby was stuck in portion of liver n chest coz of lack of liquid. Dr Madhu not worthy to be a gynaecologist And not worthy to bring any baby’s of us by her treatment.

Worst maternity hospital in Mira road, Dr Madhu used to be a good Dr but now she is there only to make money. Her staff is worse then government employees. Even after taking an appointment you will have to wait for atleast 1.5 hrs to meet Dr Madhu for 5 mins also many time she doesn't take the pregnant women for check ups, staff will give some lame excuses , when asked why pregnant women are made to sit for so long her staff replied Dr doesn't like to wait. In one of the instance a pregnant women asked couple of questions to Dr Madhu she replied why do you have so many questions, she is not good in handling the patients just imagine how the staff will be. Avoid this palce at any cost. She charges good amount of money for regular check ups where pregnant women's are not allowed to ask questions and asked to wait for hours. DONT GO HERE, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Third class stuff . Absolutely no manners to talk to the patients and they are extremely rude . I can say it's the exact same like government facility and it's just that they are not working for free . The dr takes hours to see the patient and doesn't even listen to the patients as if she is in a hurry to just tackle the patients and attend the next one . Please avoid getting treatment from her .

Edited After the Response from the Owner. Since my wife is pregnant with our first child, we were searching for a doctor who could guide my wife during the whole process. After doing some online research we decided to go ahead with Dr. Madhu Vyas from Indra Maternity Home. All we were expecting from our Gynecologists was to guide/educate my wife through her pregnancy. We had a total of 5 consultation with Dr. Vyas and our rating is based on our own experience (your experience may vary from ours). Pros Apparently senior most Gynecologists in Mira Road (this is the reason which made us choose her. Cons 1. Long wait time even after booking the appointment a month ago. Minimum of 45 mins of waiting despite the advance booking. Long wait time does not equal to quality of consultation. Its simply means you are bad at time management and love to equate the wait time with quality of consultation. 2. Many a times there were other people present during our consulting which made us uncomfortable as doctor and patient discussion is confidential. Confidentiality and Privacy is the basic tenant of Medical Consultation we dont have to demand it someone with 40+ years of experience should know it. 3. Always in a hurry to end the consulting, which led to our queries being unanswered and most of the time ignored by the doctor as she kept talking to the other person in the room or was on the call. 4.She made sure that we make at least 2 visits to her in a month one for the consultation and second for showing the reports making us wait for a minimum of 30 minutes which could have been avoided if the doctor was foresighted and asked us to bring the reports along with us for the next consultation. By the way we were charged for both the visits which is very unusual but we were OK with it (we are not leaving her for charging us for the visit to show her reports). All the tests that the doctor prescribed were routine tests which are done at specific time. The incident that acted as the last nail in the coffin was when my wife informed the doctor that she had very low blood pressure at times Dr. Vyas said there is no such thing as low blood pressure and you should not worry about it and stop checking the BP !!!!!!!!!!!!! Guys it was at this point that we decided to leave her for our own good and safety. We did not leave her medical counselling only because of the long waiting time or charging us money which is on the higher side. We left Dr. Madhu Vyas for her apathy towards us. Her apathy made us seek second opinions from other doctors and only then we realized the low quality of consultation provided by Dr. Madhu Vyas. Its not just me but other users have faced similar issues with Dr. Madhu Vyas and its quite evident from the recent online reviews. The owner can either use these reviews as tools to better her offerings or can continue to live in denial, its completely her choice.

The best Nursing home i ever visited..Dr. Madhu Vyas was an angel sent from above in our lives...I previously had two unsuccessful pregnancy where i had been going to the best of the doctors in town but sadly nothing worked out..then i was referred to Dr. Madhu Vyas..she made sure that this time my pregnancy will be successful and put in all her efforts to do so..the staff are very friendly and helpful...i had a good experience with the entire team..thank u Dr. Madhu Vyas(My baby's Nani) and all the Staff for all the efforts and helping me in successful pregnancy
