Its very bad service. I applied for Govt Allotted connection through online on 01 Aug 20 and till date no gas supply to my house where already meter and pipe line is installed. More than 20 times I contacted to IGL customer care on phone and email but most of the time wrong information provided. Its ridicules.

Worst customer service. The connection is no where in the house and as per IGL records they have installed meter and the connection is up and running. On the top of it they demand the emi for security deposit. The contractor did not even dig for the pipeline connection. Not sure where have they installed the meter. Got to know about the meter when got the monthly bill for the PNG connection and when called the customer service help desk they gave me the meter number too. Don't know how these people work and the contractors don't even listen to the people and just want to do the work as per their comfort and choice

New customer acquisition team is good but very Very poor service team. No one comes to collect meter reading. Customer complaint or request is closed without actual resolution. May be worst service or customer care Dept in India or in a Govt company. Corporate office should look at putting competent guys in Customer service department

Pathetic company, bad grievance redressal mechanism, ticket closes without resolving issues, ousources the installation job to inexperienced rowdy type contractors who do whatever they feel is right with least concern for customer and safety,,,,

I didn't exactly visit IGL bhawan. I went to my relatives home who have goverment quarter here. All in all the place was good and most importantly super clean.

The corporate office of IGL....from where all IGL business are managed ....they have more than 140 filling stations in Delhi.... Availability and more filling stations are needs to cater to current demands....we also get to see long queue infront of filling staions....

Worst experience.. They have not installed PNG connection even after 1 month of payment Staff behaviour is very bad.. no professionalism at all
