β β β β β Had been here for a quick refil. The receptionist was courteous enough. But have to wait to see different experiences of other people. Refill purchase was quick. Though not sure of how the other processes of the agency here is, whether they're friendly enough to resolve the id. Overall ok with my latest visit here.

β β β β β I have been using HP gas for last 12 years and getting LPG refill and services from Indu gas since 2017 after I shifted here. LPG refill normally gets delivered within 2-4 days. I even got refill on next days as well. Service is good so far and recommend others.

β β β β β Indu gas agency is one of the most unprofessional agencies.....i stay in Balaji layout,kogilu... The delivery boy demands 30 rs extra to deliver cylinder inspite of it being ground floor..... Since I didn't agree the cylinder doesn't get delivered even after a week after billing... The agency doesn't take any action inspite of me complaining

β β β β β The office staff are good and helpful and polite, but the delivery persons are the exact opposite. They demand Rs.30 minimum and they won't even wait 2 mins, for us to come and receive the cylinder. On top of that, they act as if they're doing us a service. They expect us to wait on the streets with a red carpet and with the extra Rs.30, eagerly awaiting the cylinder. Horrible experience so far.
