★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very greedy lady. Taking advantage of Mumbai lockdown. Neither refunding the advance nor rescheduling. High rental and security deposit. Stay away. You may loose your hard earned money. Stay safe during the times of Covid. Avoid using used clothes and jewellery specially from such shops.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked jewellery on rent for a wedding to be held at Mumbai in May, 2021. The booking was made 2 months in advance by paying advance. The lady at the counter took 75% advance. Unfortunately the wedding got postponed due to Lockdown in Mumbai. Called her and requested for refund or rescheduling. She was very rude and arrogant. Refused to refund stating that there are no guidelines issued by the government to issue refunds. She said that 50% of advance would be forfeited if wedding is rescheduled. She is very money minded. She did not understand that the postponement of wedding was beyond our control. Moreover, Rental charges are not transparently displayed on the items available on rent. Hefty deposit is asked for the Jewellery. Recommended to stay away from this shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want to save your money, do not visit this place. Better to buy than rent. Firstly, it's not as cheap - the rent for a basic set is around 2.3 k with a deposit around 5.5k plus the hassle of traveling to and fro to the shop, around your special day, is not very convenient. On top of that the owner demands more than 70 percent as advance. Our wedding got postponed due to covid and the lady did not consider adjusting our refund for hiring jewelry on the rescheduled date. Her condition was that the wedding should happen within next 45 days only then we can rent the jewelry - as if we can control the pandemic! We didn't ask her for a complete refund but atleast a partial refund or the flexibility to hire jewelry on a later date, but she began saying that I'll have to again incur additional charges on the later date. She unjustly enriched our money and has no regrets - as she abruptly hung up our call. I won't be surprised if she refutes our claim. Stay away and buy jewelry instead or look for other places to rent.

I loved the collection here and also the quality of the jewellery is so good. Totally worth it. Next time i know where to go for the rental jewelry if I have functions to attend.
