★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wanted to share my experience with this shop “Indus”, located opp to namma bakery. Must say, One of the worstttt customer service!!! I went to pick up a gown n when he asked me to try an outfit, I casually said I’ve come in b/w my office hours n need to get bk soon and he then just denied to show me stuffs. He says we need to go to his shop when we have time as the dresses he sells are unique n we don’t find them else where??which was the biggest joke ever!!Asked for the price of one of the dress he hiped about, n to my next surprise he says “come bk when u have time madam prices will be revealed post trying the outfit” I mean ???? Does it make any sense?? They just indirectly asked me to leave n denied to show stuffs even after asking them if they have anything in 1-2k range. Must say, Very arrogant father n son. And this is my 2nd similar experience with them ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a weird experience here. They don’t know how to speak to customers including owner. The sales guy tries to give you a gyan about dresses. They don’t listen to customer needs instead they insist customer to buy what they show. The sales guy only speaks irrelevant stuffs. They don’t tell you prices until you do a trial. They do have few good collections. Never prefer to go to this kind of shops where no basic sense to talk. Arrogant people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You will definitely face bitter talks if you ask the price of a dress and step out without buying it. Recently we were very much offended by the sales boy here just for not buying a dress of our affordability(they expect you to buy the dress without asking it's price, and they don't reveal it's price until you take a trail). We are a customer of this designer studio since 4 years, they sure have excellent unique collections of designer wears but hadn't expected this harsh behaviour for a good customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst shop with bad attitude people. They doesnt seem to have any respect for thier customers.
1. When i visited first time, the salesperson was not ready to show me thinking that i cant afford thier dresses.
2. Even after the bad experience, i visited second time ignoring their attitude. I bought a dress by paying 4000 which got torn out just with one wear that too at home. When i took it to them to get it stitched, the another person is again blasting at me.
@indus : the collection you have at your shop will not keep your customers, how you behave matters.I doesn't even want to wear the clothes which i have bought in your shop by mistake
