★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very horrible experience with this hospital , specially with one of the employee Shweta (assistant of Dr. Mamta Mehta ) she will never tell you or never do proper councling to you and always in favour change extra money. Very unsupportive , i will never recommend this hospital to any one.
Another one is untollerable canteen rediculas , unprofessional

There is Doctor named Naresh Garg. he is very rude person nd also he denied for treatment i don't know why government is not taking action with this type of doctors. I would request you to all please don't choose indus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I desperately wants to give big zero. Totally fraudulent hospital. They have built a giant building but with zero knowledge and naive staff.
They have crossed a long mile in doctors, full of arrogance without dhela bhar knowledge.
After recovering from sepsis infection in my mother he again and again reiterate that we will have to remove rod and will do another operation in leg. Because my mother has treated for infection from another hospital. But my brother have immense respect for Mehta sir that's why he again and again want to take her advice in further prognosis.
Trust me this hospital will extort money in the name of big building.
But trust me yaha log badi building dekh kar jate hain. Lekin thodi der me hospital ki sachchai pata chal jati hain
In nutshell I must say that if you want good of your near and dear one, then please avoid to go there.
Dilip Mehta is very frustrated inshan hain. I think usse koe government job nhi mili iski bhadas ab general public se puri kar raha Hain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all it do not have negitive star otherwise i would have go for it. worst hospital i have ever seen. untraind doctors, unskilled staff, nursing staff is also untraind. They does not care of patient previous medical history, They go only for their treatment whether it is correct or not. General ward is pethatic, no proper care is there. Even testing staff also untraind. If something suspecious they found they should immediately informed to doctors(who are untraind) Instead of this they only do their work like as they are clarks. Never go for this hospital if you love your dear one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have visited here for my wife minor operation, the good part is their infrastructure and the bad part is their services such as reception services, staff coordination. Reception has less staff and they have to work on everything like OPD, billing, enquiries, TPA things. Patients are standing in a queue just because they don't want to add additional staff on reception. About staff coordination, No one is bothering to take the handover of the duty, patient attendant needs to roam here and there to find a duty person. I had taken a dedicated room staff service but still was being treated as general ward. There is no benefit of spending money on services in this hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Over all very good hospital. My wife got admitted at midnight into hospital. We had a pleasant stay here. Charges are not so high. Dr. Mamta Mehta is always my recommendation for Gaenecologist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Except Infrastructure, this hospital requires a lot of improvements.
Experience after RGHS of parents: Do not prefer this hospital for treatment under pension.
No high class service, only high looks. Staff needs to be courteous. Easy going attitude of the nursing staff. My mother suffered pain for two days for a loose butterfly needle on her hand, but the nursing staff took two days to identify the loose needle. Single visit a day for a doctor. It took 4 days for a specialist doctor to visit.
Parking is limited. Security guards positioning is inadequate.
