β β β β β Not at all worth recommending. Despite being a private hospital. It is so short of staff. Hilariously, my father who had to be rushed to the hospital for a pelvic and rib fracture was assigned to a doctor who was on leave. In second half he was visited by another doctor who did not explain anything and what was going on. By 3 pm, we decided to leave which they marked in their records as LAMA (leave against medical advise). Despite a reference and a lot of hue and cry, we got a discharge around 8 pm. It took them more than 30 minutes to get a stretcher. The staff said they have a single one only. Sadly, it was a second time with this hospital and they disappointed us so much. Just watch out guys, not at all recommendable in case of emergencies.

β β β β β Worst service and administer and counters. They are just sending us to one to another Counters even they send us to get photocopy of ids. And they have a photocopy shop also there to get some extra money. Can't even they photocopy of ids on there Counters for this also they send to photocopy counter then come back and be again in a long line to get the appointment slips. Worst experience even worst then a government hospital.

β β β β β It's even worse than a government hospital. Absolutely no infra and service. Being a hospital they don't care about hygiene and cleanliness. Use the washroom there and guaranteed you will get a UTI! No seating arrangements or even fans in the waiting area for the attendants. Doctors won't bother giving you any update on the patient and attendants will be all clueless always. So you will just end up running one pillar to the other. Would never recommend it to anyone!

Nursing staff are kids and untrained people. Pricing is on par with big hospitals while they treat the patient like in a village hospital.
Basically they will loot you, and treat patient till there is no will to survive.
Patients per doctor are too many so they can't help much as well.

β β β β β Expected better infra and service. While it's a decent hospital, they certainly need to work on their service and management. Most of the lifts not working, cleaning and hygiene lacked, no proper caretaking while at night and they looked short of staff.
If you're in need, you can go without thinking but certainly there are better options.
