★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience and highly unprofessional staff. Had given documents to shift my Home branch from Chandigarh,Sector-8 to Mumbai.Provided Aadhar ,Pancard , gmail , new phone number. Nothing was updated.Only address changed for which received 8 verbatim letters. Called up call centre. Promised will give a call from home branch.Nothing moved.

cheap bank ,fake bank and fake managers and all staff members in this bank ,When they want to open bank account then also making fool with wrong commitments with people and sit in front of people and begged please open your account in our bank .Basterd

Bank person from sector 47 credit card division contacted me for credit card and personal loan Took my documents but no news after that. Called them, They are giving many time fake commitments and waste the time of customers, No followups.
Would like to request people to dont take services from this bank. #Harrassment,,,If I have an any option to complain about this bank then I complain to govt to take strictly action against them and close this bank from whole India as soon as
