★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just went to the bank to close my savings account. In the starting the bank employee listen my request. After listening my request she was just roaming here and there for 22 minutes and she was busy in talking with other staff. Later on she came to me and asked me that how she can closed this account. It’s so confusing. If she is facing any problem to close my account. She really need to ask his bank manager that what is the other options to close a account if her system is not working properly. Very very slow and long process for every process. I hope they will improve their customer service and faster their customer services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever. Being a dedicated staff nobody listen to your problems. The only staff who has some link get all the things like good posting and credit for work.
The staff who has been suffering, they don't even care even after having medical problems.
