It's shocking how this Kankurgachi branch denies customers basic services because officials don't know basic banking rules! For everything, so-called senior manager will email"backend team" and you have to follow-up for weeks before you can get ANY work done.
Withdrawing all my money soon because there are several other private banks in the locality who know banking rules and respect customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to rate 1 as there was no zero option. Never seen such a pathetic service or non-existent service to say. Had applied for opening an account 3 weeks back, my account opening cheque debited same day but account not opened yet. Money gone. The executives who had come to open the account, none of them are taking calls (completely non-responsive). I am sure they can be easily be tagged as the worst bank branch in Kolkata. I might have to file a complaint with RBI or other legal authorities if the bank doesn't respond.
