They treat customers as if they are their puppet.
Not all the employees are bad but some are really very very unpleasant to customers
They will never accept their mistake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most of the time link fails. I ami visiting to the branch for 10 days still not be able to link my aadhar. I have opened a new savings account but when I have asked for my passbook they said u will get it after one month. Is this a joke or what? Very poor service.
