★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi there, in our area suburban of Jaipur Indus ind bank has a branch, which is too unprofessional and untrained , and have hardly any clue whats happening in branch..... and every time you call them they have some silly , reply . how management is so ignorant is the PROOF is THIS BRANCH. i given them 1 star because there is no Minus star rating . - I am one of the account holder M/s Management guys of INDUS IND BANK

I got feeling like Bank staff are Owner for Customer's Money.
My self an NRI , i sent Money for my family which there need to ask first ( by call / E mail / massage ) with my authorized Mobile number / E mail for deposit in my Bank account by transfer in Indian Rupee
But
They no need to do so.
Bank done them selves deposit with very less US$ price at same day / time .
Its happening again & again after i complaint & given note in branch many time & related department confirmed will not happened again.
So Sad & Scared as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Third class services by branch.No one is bothered about customer's concern. I am 19 year old customer of bank. All staff ,reception,clearing,are not replying clearly and they are not capable of doing work in a banking system.
