★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This bank service are very poor. Horrible experience. I m not happy with kotak bank services they are cutting unnecessary money without any notice. When I am using other bank ATM they are cutting my money. Kotak bank provide Poor service. When you have any problems they are not responding. When I am calling All the time bank manager or other bank member say I am in meeting, I am in meeting.... I will talk to you later. I am giving zero star rating. Please don't open account in this bank. Totaly service are very very bad. I do not want to rate the rating below the 3rd grade in this bank.
