★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible staff service - highly rude! they just stand around and say products are not available. Those products were right there - and yet they didn't show it. Very weird. Even after indya buying clothes, they had issues and passed rude comments when we tried on faballey clothes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend had bough a nice dress from Indya for DIWALI..it looked great!! but I feel its bit on expensive side...however keeping the first purchase aside..Yesterday me and my same friend had been to commercial street.. I had asked her about the diwali dress hence she took me to the Indya .we saw couple of dresses and also tried 3 dress..one dress did suit well but I wasnt sure of buying it for some reasons.. anyhow I dropped the dress and said "Thanks sir" for the guy who showed us the dresses.. he asked "what happened" , I said nothing we will come back..he got offended and asked but you tried many...I said we tried 3 out of which 2 doesnt fit and one am not sure.. he threw the dress infront of us.. That was such a bad body language.. looks like their staff need to improve on how to treat customers..
Guys please don't visit this place if you just wanna check out their quality... Just visit if and only if you wanna buy.... Indya : just buy don't see or think !!

Their return policies are laughable and their website doesn't register return requests properly - only allowing people to ship products to them on their own. ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC - WOULD THINK TWICE BEFORE BUYING ANYTHING FROM THEIR ONLINE STORE! And pretty much the worst and most arrogant customer support staff I have ever spoken with!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a really nice store with superb ethnic collection. They do have some variety and I fell for their dupattas which are super pretty! The brand is a little on the expensive side but I guess totally worth it. The store is small though and I just felt the fitting had an issue ( just a bit) but the stuff they have is totally worth going to the store.
