I ordered a dress online which got delivered on 27th Jan 2021 and it was defective hence I returned it on 28th Jan 2021 and requested for a refund it's 14th March 2021 and I still haven't received my refund nor do they answer me about when will I get the refund. I called the customer care almost 20 times till date and I still haven't got any proper response about it. This is one of the worst experience ever. Will never recommended anyone to buy
