Bought a CITI Pro 6 in August 2016. Got damaged (the back cushioning) within 2 months went for repairs n got it replaced after 3 weeks. Then again it got damaged (again cushioning itself) in December. Gave for repairs again n they say they dont have the model to replace. They arent willinyto give any money back. I got the bag for ₹3250. I am willing to buy another bag model of ₹3000. But they arent willing to pay 250 even if i buy another lock or pouch of 200 they arent willing to pay 50 bucks not even a credit note is given. Thats nothing but CHEATS... Better avoidgoing to American Tourister or even the Samsonite showroom which is adjacent to the same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The quality of Samsonite bags and suitcases is very good. This store has a good collection. Friendly staff. The products lasts long. They also have smaller items like number lock keys and travel pillows. I am using a suitcase for around a year and recently got a backpack. Kudos to the organisation. Thank you.
