★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is spacious and airy, service is decent and variety of Tea's on offer is great but I'm not very sure if it's value for money for what one pays for. Added to this is the roof clearing distance is less than 6 feet which made me wary when I was standing up and walking inside and the same issue I faced in the loo too.

It has both outdoor and indoor seating.
It has a quite good options for different types of tea and they also indicate the strength of the tea. So that helps you to choose a strong or a mild flavor accordingly.
Good service. Overall slightly on the expensive side but considering their options for tea I'll certainly pay them a few more visits.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really chilled out place to relax over a hot or cold cuppa and some great bites. Lovely chilled out ambient lounge music too. Lovely view of a park adjacent to this place. Has seating both inside and outside.

Pricing a big ?, like I done really understand, why the tea leaves with hot water costs so much. like literally 200+ish for a pot of water and tea leaves.
may be it's my personal opinion but still I get to comment on this. a big disappointment when to comes to pricing and what we get in return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great food and good service. The Dimsums, Samosas and Pasta’s are amazing. Everything is fresh and you don’t feel the pinch of waiting for the right food.
Deducted one star primarily because the glass stinks, u can prefer drinking by bottle. Little overpriced too but I still visit this place pretty often because nothing can beat the taste here.
