The reason being continuing here is it's Ambience, Spacious Workout Area, Authentic Fit Line equipments, Parking Space and Trained Coaches. The owner @Nikhil Yadav himself is fitness enthusiast, pro athlete and a down to earth person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's really good, it has all the necessary equipments and trainers do give necessary input that would help you to train or loose in an efficient manner. Help is provided regarding both exercise and diet. And it's value for money cause its almost a bargain in terms of fees. It's unisex and has space for both cardio and weight training.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This gym has just what I need. Very clean, large spacious, friendly environment, Trained Coaches and has all equipment that's required. Most important the gym owner @Nikhil Yadav, an amazing mentor, and a friend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I usually do workout at this gym which is large spacious and very clean. This gym has a wide range of equipment’s along with the good trainers and instructors to help if you ever get stuck. This gym is seriously an underrated asset in Mayur Vihar Phase 3 as this is much cheaper than other gyms. It has almost all of the things that a traditional gym has but typically at lower prices and without that pesky contract. Overall it’s totally worth it and I would highly recommend joining this gym.

It quickly moved to the awesome energy and knowledge that you get from the trainers here, they are eager to help and willing to take time with you. Also they understand what you are striving for and they WILL get you there and further, while having fun. The sessions are intense for every level athlete, and you will love the diverse workout combinations. Think no more, you won't find better place to workout in this locality. Hope to see you there!
