★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's been a week here. Can't say about long term experience but the Trainer "Rahil Sir" is very professional and humble.
He makes sure to provide us with different exercises so that won't get bored with similar exercises.
In terms of hygiene, it's good.
In terms of crowd, people are nice.
Mostly the gym stays crowded in evening time.
