The trainers give personal attention and help advise you with weight training according to your body type. Special thanks to Asim who is the health coach for giving wonderful diet to maintain my health regimen as per my body type. Go for it for to have a healthy lifestyle and reducing ageing effects!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner/the dude who sits at reception is extremely unprofessional. He has an habit of being short with customers. You have to stand in queue to use equipments. The ambiance of the place is dull and overall vibe is negetive. Location-wise this gym is a gold mine, but horrible management and unprofessional characters can be an issue. I won't recommend this gym.

Especially activity room. Professional trainer facility is there. Also they provide customised diet plan for everyone. Music and ambiance are nice.
