★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst interview experience .. they call at 11am for f2f and interview starts on 2:30pm u have to wait for this many hours.? And mainly they call f2f interview and schedule the same for 50-70more like walkin.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Earlier it was Bluestar Infotech which is acquired by Infogain now. The worst company i have worked in my life. The Recruiter says nice words.
They deploy you to the clients. They have tie up with many consultancies. All worst consultancies. They don't give any benefits. Forget about benefits, Basic medical insurance also they don't provide to your family. they Just tied up with consultancies to save money and by giving very less benefits to employees.
If you dont believe ask them if you are asked to work from consultancy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst work culture. Heavy work loads. Managers here help employes to become ill or get some desease for lifetime by working all 7 days in a week.
People who don't have a single knowledge about a particular skill set became managers here. Heavy to heavy workloads. Definitely not a good company to work with.

First round programming test(multiple choice), second technical round(telephonic). Here asked questions on core Java ,spring, hibernate and restful.after 3 days called me for client round for hp and I went to attend and it was good interview for me,,.,best up luck

I interviewed at this company in 9th Fab 2019. The lower/mid level employees I spoke to seemed to be very nice and friendly.
I went to their office two times at my own expense during my interview process (on one occasions I took time off work to be on schedule).
i attended total four round two telephonic , After the final round, I never heard from them again. I'm guessing I wasn't selected. Fair enough, but I do have an issue here -
Any well-meaning company will have the sense to update candidates regardless of the outcome. It shows that it actually cares about people and probably has a good work culture.
But in the case of Infogain, all I got was complete silence. I am not sure if this shows a lack of proper policy or if this is a one-off incident, but no self-respecting candidate will ever apply for a job there again after such an experience.
The least they can do is let people know what happens. Especially when a candidate has visited their office multiple times. Not doing so is just disrespectful.
Many congratulations, Infogain ! You lost a potential employee and earned a negative review on social media for the world to see.

Please be very careful when you are interviewing for such lowlevel organization.
These guys interviewed me for at least for 4 rounds which almost waste my 4 hours of my schedule.
These guys knew how much I earned during the first call it self and at the end of the day, they are saying the not have the budget that too after following up for almost 4 weeks.
What a waste of time this has been. Please do not waste your valuable time here
