★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wonder when I was there for cash deposit, my ACC is in another branch, they are not accepting the cash deposit, and telling do machine deposit and it is chargeable. It is so simple in SBI that I go to other branch I do deposit easily, it is strange they don't have easy system to deposit cash for ACC in other branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Crowded, No one cares, no proper response from staff, here & there people will be pointed counters with no solution for query. Difficult in home branch transactions.

Deposit are not accepted in counters, staff inform to deposit in machine. Deposit machine doesn't accept many notes, again & again should go inside brach for exchange. No person near ATM to help for guidance or incase someone struck with transaction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mostly a crowded bank and ATM. Good customer support and service. Easy deposit and withdraw smooth process but little wait time is there. One Cash deposit machine is available here with ATM. 24hrs open and available ATM with security. It is located on the 80 feet road opposite to A2B restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Services are very Quick and Crowd isn't a lot even on peak hours.
Overall a very good experience banking with HDFC Bank.
Services are generally costlier when compared to Government Banks like SBI, But worth every Rupee because of the Speed and Clarity in Operations.
Operations Manager Sindhu Jayachandran is very helpful.
Mr Santhosh Williams is also very helpful.
In Demat Account there is one Miss Dakshayini who gives proper clarity regarding every issue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On a Saturday (02/11/2019) when they knew that incoming will be high.. I expect this branch to be planned... I went to deposit money.. First of all there is only 1 deposite machine (its a prime location) and that also does not work .. And I go into the bank to deposit cash and wow.. There are 5 counters on a whole and tellers sitting in all counters but there is a long queue for deposits only at one counter... Why? Why can't you be sesible enough to open one more counter when you know there are people waiting in queue...
This is not expected from India's leading nationalised bank... Completly disappointed...

Looks like this HDFC branch stomach is full with big IT companies accounts they are not bothered .
I don't want to take names ,
I then decided to keep it as back up account , and made other bank account as main account
It serves me well.
