Also the shop owner is really very honest. A 5 Star service offered to customers. Give it a try if you are in trouble with your laptop / desktop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had bought a wireless logitech mouse from this shop. I was given a computerized bill for my purchase. I unboxed my mouse at home and found it was not working properly. So i took it back to the store next evening, the owner checked the mouse thoroughly and he too found it defective. Now starts the real story, he checks all documentation (24 hr old bill) and the serial numbers on the box and device and says that they are different and hence he cannot take back or refund my purchase. I had bought a sealed box the previous evening, and the owner made the entry in the bill from the serial number mentioned on the sealed box. But to my surprise, the serial number on the device did not match that of the box or bill. This surely suggests tampering with the seal by the shopkeeper. Long story short, i did not get the money back nor did he put it for service, so much was his decency that he threw the mouse on the floor when i told him that he cheated me. Please do not visit this store, can't trust the merchandise or the shopkeeper.

I was looking for a charger for my laptop. It wasn't a commonly available type.
Initially the older person said they don't have it but another guy came. He made around five phone calls and got the charger.
Going one step ahead he told that if I can bring the laptop, he can take it along with him while he is going to purchase the charger and make sure the problem is really with the charger and not with the laptop. Since he is getting from another place he won't be able to return the item if I find that the problem was not with the charger.
Saved my day.
