★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent place to shop for computer parts and accessories. Price wise you wouldn't have much of a saving but the prices don't vary much compared to prices in online portals. Do not go by the reasoning they provide you for the prices. Do your research and then visit. Lot of time they might not have components in stock and it takes an hour or two to fetch it from wherever they fetch it from. Overall decent pricing and experience. Best for people in and around Koramangala who do not have time to plan a vacation to go to S.P. road to purchase computer components.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had very bad experience lately. Had given one of my friend's 8 year old laptop for repair. They had charged me 9k for battery replacement, Ram upgrade, new keyboard. Then i took the laptop after a week, the problem i had before giving laptop was heating issue, after replacing the parts still the laptop had same heating issue. Due to the heating issue which was caused because of dust accumulation, the guy in multiple never bothered to clean.
After 15 days the laptop screen went off and heating issue was not sorted. Again i gave the laptop for repair,& after 5 days he told me motherboard got burnt , he couldn't do anything about it.
Then i decided to buy a new laptop, and one of my friend's relative was doing same business from past 15 years. He told me that multiple cheated me big time. When i gave second time for repair they had replaced the new battery and installed some other old battery. Never bothered to clean the laptop at all. Inserted duplicate Ram.
Thank you Multiple for charging 9k from me for nothing.

I bought a new laptop and sold the old one for 4k.
What a waste of 9000 Rs.!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The way I was treated was bad ... the person as no interest to work I think so he is treating the customers bad .... everything is gud but bad attitude ... so customers who have no patience pls don't go they will make u get anger and make u to walk out of store..... according to the pricing it's gud very best price.... but customers satisfaction is zero.... I was treated very bad .
