โ โ โ โ โ I bought a Lenovo laptop from them. However not satisfied with my choice. The laptop was getting heated easily and was shutting down often. Would prefer avoiding any further transactions from them.
To the owner, who mark.the review as fake. The transaction is done on Aug 12, I m attaching Google pay transaction for your ref. Don't simply mark reviews as fake just for the sake of improving business, it should build on trust. And my profile credentials is a greatest credential of it is fake or genuine.
To all those, I m repeating try avoiding these guys as much as possible.

โ โ โ โ โ Unsatisfied customer experience.bought a used laptop, but they gave damaged one. In that weak DVD drive stopped working,system totally switched off, unable to open again. In two months hard disk too stopped.

This person is cheater and 3rd class service once you will uy any laptop you have to suffer run behind this people. Just for name shake 6 months warrenty nothis they will do. even you can update and install windows from home. Totally waste of money.
Please don't waste your mony try some other shop.my laptop not working with in 15 days.
Really awesome response now u want me to upload receipt with laptop. U mentioned u don't have any record hahaha. while purchasing you called me twice or thrice.

Please avoid to buy any laptop or any gadget from this shop. I am not saying because I had bad experience. Because they will be very polite until you make payment once payment done forget about 6 months service what ever they mentioned in recipt they will not follow. Even this people having no technician if you face any problem after purchasing from here just they will update deriver thats all. I would suggest if you really want refurbished laptop prefer other shop near BTM theater 1 shop available one of my friend got from same place its being 1 year working fine.
I brought laptop while purchasing they will tell that they will change to SSD after few days but they will not do once you paid then they will ask for extra money to install SSD.
I took HP elitebook it has touchpad stuck issue which occure once in every 2hr touch will stuck still they are unable to fix. Third class service please dont waste your money. Stay away don't buy tension from this shop. I brought this laptop just 1 month and I am unable to do my work.
Sorry boss your response didn't help. By updating driver u cannot resolve this issue. For ur kind information u should know first what is the problem and how to satisfy ur customer not by just words. Please provide good service customer will run behind you. You need not to advertise or ask your friend to provide good reviews in Google . Who is telling all reviewer is fake.

โ โ โ โ โ Good Customer service and Laptop at best price. I went to shop 4 days ago and bought a lenovo laptop. Good price and professional and friendly service by the owner.
I have seen people commenting fake, product not working etc.
But, I know two reviews guys one who bought the computer and it was damages by his children and tried returning the computer by saying it was already damaged. But the owner only sells system after you review everything and says ok.
A system which is good will not stop working after sometime. It is not human to have physical damage from viruses diseases. It stops working only when we do some damages.
Customer should also be responsible and not try to cheat owners when the fault is theirs.
Also, I have seen competitors without photo adding fake reviews to the store. People ready to humiliate each other for business.
He is providing me service for almost 2 years and he is good at what is he doing.
Me and my friends almost bought 30 systems for our startup.
Out which only 2 had issues and he has fixed it in the next day.
I recommend this guy for the business. If you want to know more visit the store and talk with the guy. He is genuine. Don't trust some fake reviews which comes without photos.
I don't want to let my device provider down who has been doing wonderful and responsible job for me. Also, I hope it will help for people who looks some good services.

โ โ โ โ โ Bad customer experience. Provided damaged laptop. In a month it came to damage one by one. From DVD drive to hard disk. hard disk don't have any case. To tight the hard disk they used papper in the gap. I faced Switch on button problem, hard disk dead, cahrging adapter stoped working,DVD drive stopee working, heating issue in the 3 month gap. At last i sold that lap and baought new one to stop the increased loss.

โ โ โ โ โ One of my freind brought laptop from this shop for his work. While purchasing woner agreed for service warranty of 6 months. Now shop owner is also denied for the same. Please avoid to buy any laptops or gadgets. Because still he is unable to use or start his work. Totally waste of money. Please stay away from this shop if u don't want to suffer.
