They did answer on call of availability and then told flatly it's not there. It was a huge waste of time money and travel so far for such a bad experience . Kindly don't waste people's time while running your BUSINESS

Am really happy for their service
1st of all my phone display was gone
I gave for service & they repaired in 3hrs and given
But later on my phone vibrater and finger print was not working
I was realy upset and shouted on customer service people i e.,, Chandan sir , shiva sir and manager too
I visited store 5 times
But aftrall they repaired my phone like a new phone
Special thanks to chandan sir for supporting me
Also Thanks to shiva sir (Engineer)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is not the Exclusive OnePlus Service Centre. This seems to be a service center where multiple brand's devices are handled. Not authorised service centre of OnePlus. For Exclusive OnePlus Service Centre, go to 80 Feet Road at Koramangala, next to Sony Center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience I had, I have given my OnePlus 7 pro for volume button replacement, they took 7 hours and when I went to take back my mobile, got surprised , tempared glass damaged, front camera not working, volume button not working ??, I went with one issue (volume button) and returned back with multiple issues?( front camera, tempered glass damaged)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service center that I have visited.. no customer value at all.. they asked to wait saying the issue will be resolved infront of you... after waiting for more than one hour when went to check the status the person in the technical section replies back rudely.. no 1 was bothered to inform as phone was ready can go for payment.. they take fun making customers wait there... sitting and chit chatting... ppl with such arrogant and bad attitude are not suitable for this job.. security wnt allow specific set of ppl to wait inside they will be forcefully thrown out even if it's raining outside and person have drenched completely... Such an irritating and negative environment has been created by the staffs over there.. will never again visit this pathetic service center no value for customer...?????
