★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Utterly disappointed with the so called customer support. They are failing to help customers with their answers which are truly and utterly stupid !!!
They have no understanding on Customer delight and is extremely unprofessional in their approach. I recommend the business to restructure their customer support. They need to understand that it’s about getting best services with optimal expense when it comes to customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please make sure that you will be charged the transport cost recieving rs1000 and returning the product rs 1000..which the company people won't tell you but they will send you a mail ...which I believe every one will miss.
I have rented multiple items in past and no where I had to pay the return cost to the company... Utterly disappointed...

At the end of 3 months he will ask you for addition 1500 rupees to pick the machine from your place.
Which was not informed before.
Now the machine costs me 10,200 + 1800= 12000.
Whereas his competitors were renting the machine only for 10,500.
To save 300 bucks I have made loss of another 1500.
