★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady at the counter is totally unprofessional and is a master at arguing with the clients, the staff is only looking at ways to increase the fees of the gym without adding anything new to the gym, the only thing they did is changed locations and a hike on fees was there! The staff is totally unprofessional and client relationship means nothing to them! “Brand building” is the term they used with me while arguing that too in a very rude manner.
The owner should keep an eye in the staff especially the receptionist! I referred twelve of my friends there, but unfortunately they are leaving it because of the above stated incident.
I would not recommend this gym to anyone, there is no client relationship and a lot of discrepancy among the staff!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been a part of this for a while now and I can surely say that the professionalism in staff is null especially the lady on reception, the fees is increasing exponentially without any advancements to the facilities provided, hope the owner focuses on building customer relationship which is nil at the moment.
Frankly speaking the lady at the reception is always talking about brand building but her actions say otherwise basically she is on another level.
Ps: overpriced according to gym size and available equipments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been here for almost two months and this time has been great because of all the people that help run this gym and everyone here is very helpful and supportive, i plan to make fitness part of my lifestyle and this place has definitely motivated me to do so. Apart from the people that work here, the fellow members are great too which makes it a great place to be.

Negative : Non professional behaviour sometimes specially reception staff. In today's competetive scenario all other service providers are working towards excellence & customer delight but here customer dealings are compromised. You may get embarrassed. I hope management would look into & take appropriate actions.
Gym membership amount differ from person to person (Sometimes within friends) for same time period which is not acceptable.
I hope management would take it up positively.

The renovated gym is lot more spacious and provides extra room for workout. Having been a member for over an year I can vouch for Athelete Gym and it's staff members. I wish them the best and congratulate them for all their hardwork and professionalism !!!

Specially a lady(Club Manager) on the front desk who is wonderful and experienced in diets and sports Nutritionist by profession,She gave a best deal as i am looking for,I train here about 4-5 times a week and find the consistent positive trainers, awesome music and participants who take class create a perfect workout environment,
Group of quality trainers are there to personally get to know you and push you in the right way. It’s a hard workout with happy people! And I am seeing results for sure..Cheers
