★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its been 2 days and I have not been able to redeem my policy.
The reason:
The transformer is not working as a result there is no electricity.
Very strange that such a big office does not have an inverter to run atleast the customer systems.
No one knows when it will stary working.
As a result I am forced to travel to Delhi to get my work done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HDFC life has cheated me by making false promises for selling a life insurance policy. Now if I call the concerned employee, he don't pick the phone and can't surrender as well, Because I will get nothing. BEWARE. Hdfclife customer care email and whatsapp are of no use.

They are calling g from bajaj finance. And they are saying that they are loan against policy. They do the policy like this. I have all proof against them like voice records and email. I will lodge complaint against hdfc and also there team.

I had huge respect for this bank till now
But now they have crossed every limit to irritate a common people like us

Kept on ringing 100 times they pick the call and hang up as if we are there servants
Absolute rubbish service
They are very much in front while taking money and when it’s time to return
We have to search a single a person in all branches like mumbai Delhi every to just listen to a human voice which u will not listen eventually after many tries
HDFC Life will call you almost every 2nd day right from the 3rd month preceding your policy maturity to "reinvest" in their products...but no one including the official email ID will confirm acceptance of the bank account to deposit the maturity amount. Behaviour at the branch is even worse - moment you declare that you have come down to claim maturity amount. God h...which

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience with this branch. branch timing os 9.30AM but staff will not serviced you before 10.30. One receptionist cum security guard is here to manage the people in queue. Staff is very rude and have no sense how to talk with customers.
If you sit in front of customer counter you will be ask to leave the seat immediately even your are next in queue.
One lady here Khoosboo have so much attitude, pray that your interaction is not fall with her otherwise your resolution will never be done.
After all I suggest avoid to visit this branch for any service.
