★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To take Touchnet internet connection has been the best decision I have taken this year. Internet speed is good, works well for video streaming and office work, but for me the best thing about touchnet is their Customer Care service.
Trust me I have tried other ISPs also but touchnet customer care service is the best.
Few months back, I was having some connection issues and my complaint was handled with almost diligence and responsibility by Pallavi Bajaj ma'am. Issue was resolved and was monitored for weeks to ensure that I don't face the same issue again. If I am still a customer of Touchnet, its just because of that incident.

This is one of the most and best internet service I really like one this broadband service using last 6 month still no any problem with this. Even during any difficult situation right now in lockdown provider service is better than to any another Broadband service..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is great issues get resolved quickly, but they didn't told me the truth during the installation, they said their speed will be 25 mbps but when i checked my wifi speed, the download speed was indeed 25 mbps but the upload speed was 0.5 mbps. They do not provide actual fiber-net they plant some kind of device on rooftop that receives signal from their tower. If you want wifi for casual use then this is a good choice but if you need it for any formal purpose do not consider this one. If you want fiber-net try other providers.

Also at the time of returning the wifi equipments at my time of leaving, the process was smooth and the security deposit was returned promptly
