I assigned a PSARA work to them in June 2019. But after 1 year in June 2020 my client has to approach directly to the department to get the formalities completed.
Whenever we asked them for any updates they are ready with new excuses for delay.
Due to the delay my client has suffered losses of losing many contracts.
