Based in New Delhi, INKASA INTERIORS has long been in the business of creating atmospheres. Décors are their playground, spaces where spontaneity and magic are de rigueur. INKASA ensures that each design element is thoughtfully considered to deliver cohesive and decorative design solutions of an exceptional standard. The result is a functional interior that is truly individual.
The creative sister duo Pooja Mehra and Shweta Sharma, both graduates of FIT (New York), founded Inkasa in 2OO9. Inkasa’s experience ranges from designing residential projects in Delhi and the United States; to delivering commercial projects such as Central Park Estates Private Ltd, Global Business Park, Affinity Salon etc; and collaborating with international designers to create world-class spaces.
The aesthetic sensibility of Inkasa is timeless yet energetic. Travel is the strongest inspiration for Inkasa’s designs. Both Pooja and Shweta have travelled and worked extensively and bring home a confluence of cultures and aesthetic sensibilities. The foundation of any look is a mix of formal eighteenth century furniture, with influences from a variety of countries – England, France, Italy and parts of South East Asia.
However, amidst the elegance and purity of a strong, serene and romantic footing, INKASA INTERIORS will always surprise you by the use of a unique design element.
