★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did not like the product at all. Would never recommend it to anyone. Better to buy it from some trustable shopping apps. They do not have return n refund policy. Quality is really poor not as shown in the image. I have to request for exchange coz i had no option for refund. But i desperately want my money to be refunded. Also, their delivery partner services are pathetic. Don't block your money guys. It's a waste

How am I suppose to contact them and know the status of my order ? When Will I Get My Order ? I've dropped mails but again there is no reply from the other end.

I requested for the exchange of a product for a bigger size of the same. The product has been picked up from my place but I still haven't received the replacement. It's been over a month now and I also cannot track my order. Kindly look into the matter and report back as soon as possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service is pathetic. I’ve been trying to reach them over week and nobody answers the call. I had ordered two products on 26th March and I haven’t received the 2nd product and it’s already more than a month! I’ve never seen an online order taking this long to deliver just one dress. Why can’t you at least give us a date as to when we’ll receive the order?! Who takes more than a month to manufacture one dress?! Kindly provide the date by when you’ll dispatch the order or if you’re going to keep dragging like this for few more months for just one dress! Order no. 5912925

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The delivery and customer service is pathetic. I understand the order comes from Delhi, but they don't answer their customer service number and they have AI based customer service, right now i had exchanged the clothes and I have already paid the amount for it. My exchange order is not recieved yet. It's been 3 weeks!! I feel like I have lost my money. The AI tells that their warehouse is closed right now. What the hell am i supposed to do! They don't connect to customer executive, they don't respond to mails or query I must have sent like thousands. The ridiculous service ever. Please don't but from here if you don't have patience. Because they will test your patience till you give up on your order status!

But when the products arrived I didn't like because I didn't received the same color as I saw in picture as well as size were also wrong and even after exchange I didn't received the perfect size I ordered size 40 and i received 36.I am trying to connect but nobody is responding. Also delivery date span is too late. I purchased first time but it was worst experience to be honest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a good store but they don't have all the option which are online. So dont expect that you will get the exact product which you saw online. I specially went for footwears. Also please note that they charge 12% GST over the combo price. Also I will advise you to carry your own bag so that you don't have spend extra bucks for the paper bag.
