★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely unprofessional behavior, they are not happy to attend clients (specially this girl who might be the owner). She misbehaves with her own staff as well. I called them twice before visiting and came according to their time slot. Later this girl ( might be the owner) came and took away all the pieces saying these are sold we cannot see. She stood there in a very aggressive manner and kept observing us, being unhappy to have us over. Moreover, the fabrics used to make the garments seem to be synthetic running fabrics, very unpleasant to wear. They stick to the skin, are unbreathable and wearing them for long can lead to rashes. Strongly not recommended.
Had been following their clothes since a long time and was thinking of buying my Sagan outfit from there. I have visited a lot of showrooms, and I found no one to be so unwelcoming, that I specially take out time to write a review.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was an absolute pleasure working with Ricco. I personally worked with Pushpa for my reception gown and for my husband’s sharwani for our wedding. She was so well organized and responsive. Things were done in such timely manner. Literally going above and beyond, asking to double check things to ensure my fitting was up to par. My outfit looked as dreamy as it was pictured. The quality was just wonderful! My husband’s outfit was perfection. Ricco matched the color so well with my wedding outfit, considering I had it made elsewhere and they only had a picture to reference off of. I’ll never forgot how they went the extra mile to find the exact fabric I needed for my husband’s pagg. Had I contacted them before I would’ve surely gotten my wedding outfit done from them. If you want to take some stress off your shoulders when getting your wedding outfit done then Ricco is the place to go! The staff is amazing, kind, professional, attentive, on point answering back to messages, calls, changes and concerns. There are not enough words to describe how grateful my husband and I are for Ricco being part of our special day!

Himanshi was very professional and accommodated my every need, want, and wish in making my gown. Her measurements were spot on and as someone ordering from the USA it was such a relief at how thoroughly and quickly she made my gown. I am referring all my friends and future brides to Himanshi! Thank you so much!

She was very patient in understanding our outfit visions and more importantly worked with us in our budget. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cannot say it enough. Ricco is the place to buy ALL of your bridal outfits! With the pandemic and wedding planning chaos, we were so nervous about whether or not we would get everything we wanted for our day before and reception outfits. I also wasn’t sure if I could get exactly what I wanted with being plus size. But let me tell you, one of our favorite vendors of the day. Our outfits came exactly as we wanted it to and Himanshi worked with us every step of the way to ensure we got everything on time. The week of the wedding we realized that the masks we ordered for the bridal party were off and she even sent us an additional mask which arrived just in time from India. I cannot say enough about Ricco. I’ve been recommending them to all of my friends and family. Can’t wait to get more outfits from them!
