I came to zarna mam when i was at my lowest. She made me draw in my first session. She helped me cope with my issues. She was soo patient and kind to me. Every session made me believe in myself when i had given up on myself. With her coping techniques I learned to deal with my hurt, pain and my anger issues. I could start working normally in my life it was turning point in my life. I can't be more thankful it really taught me to be happy again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you take your car to a mechanic, chances are he or she is going to find something to fix. If all you have in your tool belt is a hammer, every problem is a nail.
And my point is? Finding a great therapist for your child when he (or she) is struggling can bring with it some serious risks: labels that stick to your child like glue; stigma among his peers; culturally insensitive recommendations; parent-blaming lectures; even a referral for medication or in-patient treatment when simpler, less intrusive solution are possible.
Just walking into the office of a mental health professional like Zarna Badheka can make the child feel different. She does her work the best

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firstly i would like to tell about Zarna di, she’s a person with high values and thoughts and knows how to incorporate them in others.
The entire process of counselling with her was really fun, she would get me so well and would comprehend my mind always, at all point of time she showed faith in me. I was really a hyper child but the way Zarna di dealt with me was commendable. Its always great to have a councillor who’s so patient and diligent with their students.
I would also love to talk about the fun carrier counselling sessions we had thrice, she knew my capabilities, strength and weakness so well, knowing that i am hyper child, she sat down with me for days and gave me the best carrier options and subjects i could choose, which was really helpful for me as i chose those subjects only and later realised these were the only subjects that would actually intrigue me.
Knowing zarna di for years one thing for sure I would tell she is someone who can understand the current generation, their psychology and could easily get along with them.
