I accepted the life as is as I was not aware that there is a solution to it, and the solution was Doctor Tejas Shah. I took therapy from him for 6 months, and within 6 months I have no words to explain the difference in me.
He will silently listen to all your problems, will make you aware of your thoughts, your emotions, your problems. He will guide you how to deal with it and it works beautifully.
Today after 6 months, I am more confident than before, doing daily activities with interest, facing challenges confidently, following passion, hobbies, Doing every possible thing I loved to do with zeal
Just want to thanks Doctor Tejas Shah once again for giving me back my confidence :-) :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Tejas has been very empathic and kind enough to handle all my therapy sessions with utmost care. He had diagnosed my problem really well and been a big pillar in my times of depression. His therapy sessions were quite effective, which has helped me to see the life from newer perspective.
I would highly recommend him for his service and expertise.

Tejas literally leeched my money for months and just left me as bad as i was when i started.. perhaps worse.. you would be wasting your time if you thought he could do anything at all.. believe in yourself more than such people!

As a result of therapy with Dr.Tejas, I feel I have started to understand myself better. He connects you to your own inner thoughts and feelings and encourages you to think for yourself which is something I will carry for the rest of my life.
I began taking sessions when I was at a very low point in my life and was dealing with depression and severe anxiety.
I felt a massive difference over the course of only a few months. Not only did I overcome depression and anxiety but also grew into a more balanced and self aware individual.
