★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been seeking therapy sessions with Yogita maam through inner planet since a few months and honestly they have helped me progress quite a lot. The sessions with Yogita ma’am have been very comforting and productive, they’ve taught me how to deal with sensitive issues in a healthy way, and have also given me a new perspective to see things.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i've been taking online therapy from zohra master for 3 months now. it has been effective, she has helped me come in terms with so many of my problems and it has been a great experience. if anyone is considering online therapy or even offline for that matter, please go for it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been seeking therapy since March 2021. And it has been an awesome journey so far with Anushree Aurangabadkar. Back then, I was going through some indecisiveness where she helped me navigate my situation to make the best choice I could. Eventually, I realised that there are still a few emotions that keep surfacing every now and then. I needed to work more on my anxiety and hence I continued with the sessions. Looking back, it feels hopeful when you see how much you have grown internally and how much you still can grow further. But it's even more fun when someone like Anushree is your therapist. During the sessions, she not only listens to your concerns and gives little exercises to be able to cope better with it, but also has a ton of fun facts & stories to tell that help you put things in perspective. Due to lockdown, most of our sessions happened online yet the presence Anushree holds for her clients virtually feels like a safe space to be in. In my case, the quest for the 'right' therapist rather the one who could guide me connect better with my own mental health ended with this amazing professional at the Inner Planet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inner Planet is undoubtedly one of the best firms for mental health services. I have been in the journey of psychotherapy since quite a while now and Zohra ma'am as my therapist is my right match . I find her compassionate and supportive and an amazing listener . The staff is super polite and kind too.
It takes gutts to reach out but all the hard work is worth it. Go for it homies :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been taking therapy sessions with Yogita Ma'am for like 3 years and is still continuing my healing journey with Inner Planet. It has been a great experience!! I was in a difficult state before trying therapies with Yogita Ma'am. She has been a wonderful support system in my journey ,as, in every session I get to see a totally different perspectives of the situations I have been stuck in. I feel therapies are really a necessity in almost every person's life and I am really grateful to have Inner Planet by my side in my process of understanding and loving myself and my life. I get to see and experience so many different sides of a single situation and that helps me to minimize my anxiety and handle every situation in a better manner. People important to me are also really happy and seeing my improvements in every stream.
I am so happy and thankful to Yogita Ma'am for being there and always explaining me how to empathise, how to handle anxiety, how to recognize all my emotions and handling them, loving myself and being happy and many other things!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I find myself really lucky to get Anushree as my counselor. The sessions have been really helpful and she has always made sure that I am 110% comfortable all along the session. It has helped to a very large extent and I hope that everyone who visits Inner Planet goes back with a clearer mind and a big smile on their face!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Starting out with therapy can be such a daunting experience, but Inner Planet made me feel so comfortable and at ease. Zohra is very compassionate and patient (and very animated and fun!) and talking to her is so easy. I’m so glad that I’ve found someone whose energy matches mine. She’s been super duper helpful!
I hope anyone that’s here reading this review, thinking of starting with Inner Planet, goes for it. It’s definitely worth it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I absolutely love this place even when I have never been in Nagpur.
My journey with Inner Planet began 4 months ago because I was distressed and Zohra ma'am helped me deal with it. She is kind, patient and just like your friend. From helping me deal with my emotions and dowsing fire, she has helped me getting big and small victories along the way and now we are on a path and focusing on improving my understanding of life.
Also, I am in the US and physical boundaries/timezones do not make a difference. The communication is effective regardless.
I would definitely recommend Inner Planet not only for urgent emotions which need to be addressed, but also if you want to understand yourself to be a better person.
