★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are a waste of time. Seems to be really small fleet. They couldn't provide me cars even at 15 days notice.
Don't even bother calling them to book.
Later in the day, I am updating the post.
They responded to my post. If they would have spent even 1/10th of the time on the phone explaining the situation instead of saying 'nahi hai ji. Crysta bhi nahi hai, Innova bhi nahi hai', it would have been a much better experience.
Nevertheless, I upgrade my rating to 3 star based on the fact that they did reply with a logical explanation.

We had a wonderful trip with our driver Mr. Tiwari. He is very professional and clearly has a lot of experience. he never drove above 90 kmph. He is very knowledgeable and suggested many interesting sites and stops between our main destinations of Agra jaipur ranthambore and udaipur. He gave us many excellent restaurant recommendations. We spent almost 10 days with him and our whole family considers him a friend. I have recommended this Taxi service to my colleagues and they both had an excellent experience. Hiring a car and driver is very efficient and allowed us to maximize our time in North India.
The car was a new Toyota Innova Crysta. Very spacious and good AC. Mr. Tiwari kept it very clean and fresh with perfume.
