★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely fantastic! That's all I can say. I recently had to go thru a procedure and chanced upon Pristyn Care website where I left a query. To be very honest, I didn't have to put any effort after that as the coordinator (I am sure they have a better name for this role) took care of everything from consultation appointments to procedure and then insurance. I am glad I connected with them in time ?.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The overall service provided starting to booking of appointment, to diagnosis, to the process of booking and finalisation of surgery, the actual surgery, the post op service, everything little thing about their service was phenomenal. Genuinely recommend their medical services especially for Hernia Patients. Used them for my wife’s medical history just recently.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hassle free admission to our preferred hospital (Irene Hospital). Easy pick and drop. Good services although it could have been better. The bed in our alloted room appeared to be haphazard with visible signs of hair particles lying where it clearly can be seen that the staff hadn't took the time to change the bed covers and pillowcase which is quite unsanitary and show of negligence given the pandemic situation where they should take utter care in sanitising and cleaning once a patient has been discharged.
Additionally, there was no clear advise by the medical coordinator for the patient prior to the surgery whether or not to consume food or take liquid. Moreover, there were lots of delays and hold-up in trying to communicate with my alloted medical coordinator before the surgery; on top of that there was no clear update of when the procedure would be performed. So basically there were some episodic inadequacy.
Nevertheless the procedure went smoothly, the hospital staff were quite nice. So it wasn't the best experience but not the worse either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service. I booked my fistula laser surgery on last Saturday 26th March 2022. They lined me with Holy Angel hospital vasant vihar Delhi. They told me total cost would be 60k via insurance and 40k via cash. But I completely shocked when i received insurance claim msg for pre-approval was 1,15000. Its a big Scam and fraud. I cancelled everything to them. Now they are not providing cancellation email to insurance TPA company from past one week. When ever I am calling they only saying we are doing it today, you will receive it shortly. I am planning to raise a FIR against them for this scam and fraud.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was very Good experience at Pristyn care before surgery,but after surgery i found a little ignorance in responding calls and Msg.
Once I get my complaint communication with the higher department,Pristyn Care shows their responsibility and closed the issues.
Cons-We as patient have believe on Pristyn care to Care us on Pre and Post surgery.I know everyone is chasing their targets,but it is also very important to check wheather the person is recovering well or not after surgery.
Pros-One more thing I would like to add into this,Vidhi Kapoor from Pristyn,i found she is very supportive and helps to get the Cab Refunded on priority basis.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good experience. They’re quite co-ordinated which makes the process seamless. I’d definitely recommend Prystin care to everyone. From booking consultations to booking cab to the hospital, helping with the hospital paperwork and the cashless insurance, they co-ordinate everything.
Special thanks to Vidhi who co-ordinated very well and was a very good help for the cashless process. Kudos !
