On 17/9/2021 I had place my activa on service ,SINCE THAT DAY TILL TODAY I AM HERE TO REPAIR THE PROBLEMS WHICH THEY CREATED WHEN SERVICING ,I AM SITTING HERE IN SABARMATI INOVATIVE WORKSHOP AND GIVING FEEDBACK..I am having very very bad experience since 3 times with my HOMDA HORNET bike and also for my ACTIVA 5g which is arround 2 years only now ..my bike and activa both are good. But since 3 times whenever I have keep my both bike and activa on service they ask me for replacement of different parts ..I also agree with them that yes if there are professional mechanics are working that means they are correct.but in my last servicing I got to know that they are lying.Because I was entered there servicing area ,they use to make calls to customer and use to talk lie ,some of the parts they just list out and according to bike model and activa model they ask customer that this that parts need to be change and these are charges .like ne there are many customers who got agree just assuming that mechanics and management members are professional. But this is not like that ..they just want their parts to sell ,they just want money for parts and also servicing including those AMC contract charge . Since 3 times I started complaint to the Honda feedback call and also sabarmati workshop branch manager name called BHUPESH ..when I went back to take activa and bike after servicing I used to show them problems WHEN I TAKE A ROUND THERE ITSELF which were never before ..but they just sorry ,will be okay .kal aajao .parso aajao ....This is like harassing customer for new bike and activa ....I can even accept if my bike and activa were old like more than 3 to 5 years...they are not washing well also WHICH I SHOWED ALWAYS ..PATHETIC service and full of HARASSMENT.we need to think now for COMPANY LIKE HONDA..these companies just using Indian customer money and time ..they think we are dumb.
