Recruiter over there is very supportive and help in all the ways from the scratch.
Which he takes up personally and follow up for the interview process.
Who takes intiative to crack the interview process.
Especially I would like to thank NIKHIL who was very supportive and helped me to go through my interview process.
I am very grateful to that person as ever and forever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok, today i had one my worst day going to this consutancy. Worst consultancy i ever visited, all the good rating and reviews here are fake.Wasted my 5 hours inside there. I applied for a night shift job through indeed, and got a call from here and got my appointment fixed at 1:30pm. I went 15km from my place to this inspirational manpower at 1:15 itself, i gave them the resume, and i was made to sit. Later around 3 they called me and asked my number, aadhar number,email etc and asked to me wait again. Later on i waited till 6:30 pm and noone cared about me, wasted my whole day going here,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really like and respected the way I was handled by Miss Simran, she is very polite and respectful and guided me well, corrected my mistakes and told me where I could actually be better at and assisted me well. She also kept enquiring my progress. I've personally heard less people guide or be as polite as Miss Simran.

Irresponsible, neglecting, ignorant and worst behaviour. as a HR she is not at all interested to help Candidates.
I got a call from HR named "GRACY TERESA"
she offered me job in Accenture.
But, she asked me for immediate joining.
I said I have to serve notice period. So she asked me for resignation acceptance letter.
and, assured that I'll get job in Accenture.
So, I resigned trusting her promises.immediately After my resignation with current company(which is next day after resignation).
I called her regarding my application status.
Without saying a word she just blocked my number in WhatsApp as well as calls.
No response since past one month.
I even tried calling her with other numbers. She blocked those numbers too.
Now, I'm jobless in this pandemic. I'm the only person who is earning in home.
I asked her atleast you update me on the application status so that I can try some other source from my end.
But, she is behaving unprofessionally.
Consultancy is 30km far from my location even though I visited twice.
Please don't depend on these kind of consultancy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic So called company ???? does nt have any policies juat totally fraud no management. Does nt even gives the FNF after leaving. Stupid people....... especially Jayanagar branch is filled with idiots........????? They dont even treat candidates properly...the employees themselves have pathetic communication skills and they judge others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From past 1 month i was searching for a job and i dint get any job as of my interest then i got a call from inspiration man power consultancy from Vishal sir, he asked me if i could attend the interview but the consultancy office is 25kms far from where i stay then i decided to give a try.Really worth traveling for 2 hours and waiting for the results after attending interview because now i am placed in a good MNC Company.I have to thank Vishal sir and Lavanya mam for taking the effort to place me in a good job. Special thanks to Vishal sir for keeping me updated till i get the offer letter. And if you are still hesitating to attend the interview or not please do not think of anything, inspiration man power is the best consultancy to get placed in a good company.
