Please dont join this company. No salary on time. He only speaks colorfull words.

The most critical part of Manpower consultants is to understand the client requirements, filter the candidates and provide the right manpower in shortest period of time. But he is totally a uneducated guy.. don't know how to talk or behave with others. i said i need a female candidate to work in my company and I said that i am the MD of the company, He is asking "So What" :)...not even giving chance to talk with him... so strange..his recruiting firm is very poor in providing details.
