No customer security. We had to return our bikes at a particular time and the concerned person called us just half n hour before that the bikes would automatically stop at the given time of return and this is no where mentioned in the website's 'Terms and conditions' column. Even while picking up the bikes we were not told any such thing. And while driving at night, our bikes stopped, all my friends were at different locations on the highway. Some of them didn't even have the network/signal in their mobiles to make a call or text. I and my friend were helpless in a deserted road at night. And being girls, we had dreadful and daunting thoughts in our mind. I have never in my life seen such money minded people who put person's life at stake. I will never recommend anyone to rent vehicles from Instabikes.

Insta bike rental offered me a Activa 5G with excellent condition. This is the reason my entire trip of Lonavala went memorable. Thank you for wonderful service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Women please do not take bikes from this website ever. These people never told us that bikes will stop working if you exceed the time limit. We girls got stuck in a deserted remote area because bike stopped working and some drunk men started to approach us. Thank God network was working so I was able to contact my male friends. Nothing was mentioned in the terms and conditions like this. They should have charged extra rather than stopping the bike itself. Worst experience of my life. Who ever thought of this weird system definitely didn't have women saftey in mind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was new in Pune and needed a bike to roam around the city to find a house on rent. I decided to take an activa from Insta bike and it turned out to be a great decision. The entire process was hassle free and quick. The staff are very polite and helpful and the condition of the bike was really good and was well maintained. It had good mileage and was smooth to drive. Helmet is complementary with the bikes at no extra cost. You can choose the type of helmet you want. Would definitely avail their service again.
