★ ★ ★ ★ ★ its been last 5 hours i am calling them for my clothes to drop i gave them for wash & fold as it is 20% discount on Tuesday but found out its a mess to give clothes to them i dont recommend anyone to give your to instawash and owner is very arrogant also

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service. The staff (especially the attendant at store front) lacks basic courtesy and is impoliteness personified.
Head to alternatives in U block which know a thing or two about customer support and above all, basic etiquette.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely disgusting experience...in one of the loads given by me when it was returned one of my tshirts was missing. Still thinking it to be a honest misplacement called them up to register a complaint, promised quick resolution but nothing happened. In the next load given when it was returned to my horror there was a tshirt that was not mine as well as a single piece of sock also not mine. When I stated the obvious mistake to them they immediately sent a person to pick them up, but when I inquired about my lost tshirt there was still no answer. Please go ahead at your own risk.

In 2 years time, I had experience of 98-99% satisfaction rate with respect to cleanliness. I had always used their Tuesday 20% discount. Its the best laundry service in whole of Gurgaon.
Pickup and Drop service is best.

They wash and iron the clothes and give it back in 2 days.Minimum order is 4 kg(approx. 12 clothes) and price is Rs.200 with free pickup and drop at your home. I will surely recommend their service to you.

They have ruined 2 shirts and a jeans and refused to fix it and gifted my jeans a BIG stain.
