★ ★ ★ ★ ★ IHBAS: The Institute of Human Behaviour and Allied Sciences, Hospital for mental health and neurosciences research ,It is an Autonomous Society under administration by the Delhi Government. Nice management, you can see cleanness everywhere, token system for every step, Doctors and nurses behavior towards patient illness is very good, security staff manage this hospital very well, all tests and medicine absolutely free here by Delhi Govt, Safe and free parking area, nice parks outside the wards where you can sit and can take your lunch, outside the main gate A mother dairy for dairy products and tea-coffee shops available, and a state bank ATM for your cash withdraw need, according to me this hospital is not less than a private hospital ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctors are good but psychiatrists are not at all serious about their job. They are students who have joined here just to get their degree. They will give dates for counselling sessions on paper but most of the time they will cancel your appointment (counselling session) by calling you on the day of appointment. They do not have any empathy for children requiring regular counselling for their treatment. They even tell lies to their patients that they are going out of station and give dates after a long gap (1 or 2 months ) of counselling.
Patients having serious psychological issues need regular counselling and doctors in IHBAS also suggest that. Student psychiatrist are not at all bothered about their patients. Their motive is to get their degree. If you ask them about regular cancellation of counselling sessions, they speak rudely with patients/patients parents.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i have been taking treatment for borderline personality disorder from this hospital for 4 years.. Although it is government hospital, yet the management and cleanliness in the hospital is just like any private hospital... there is clean and cold drinking water available...there are clean toilets...it is very clean everytime.... there are dustbins everywhere... there are so many guards who manage the queues and the crowd exceptionally well... there is token system in whole hospital which is strictly followed by all... there is greenery and parks in the hospital... medicines are available free of cost... counselling facility also available but counselling sessions are given once in a month and for lesser duration.... counselling is not upto the mark... u have to take it privately as i took... u have to come early morning so that your number comes early..... the doctors are also nice here....
