★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nurses here take money from the patient...and they treat them good...other patients are not at all cared...they have their own seperate list for dailysis...and they treat only them...I have faced it for many times...they will tell the patient to come in waiting list but if we go and give name for waiting list...they don't even check also and they make their own seperate list, if we ask them about that they will say that they came earlier than you... corrupted nurses...I don't know what is the hospital management is doing...are they aware of this or not...

I had visited this hospital for my father's TURP surgery .. initially I was sceptical about the facilities and hospital treatment services ..but to be honest the best Doctors .our consultant doctors were Dr Sumanth,Dr Ravi under Dr Keshavmurthy leadership. Although our overall consultations duration took time but the response and the treatment was exceptionally good . Post covid precautions are top class here .the wards cleanliness and hygiene was exceptionally great .. the sisters (Praveena ) , brother staff were also very calm and responsive ..the house keeping staff also wer very good ..never hesitated anything if assistance required..and this hospital is Bribe free no one demanded for a single penny.
For BPL card holders this hospital is a boon ase they can take treatments and surgery under Ayushman Bharath Arogya karnataka scheme and the treatment is completely free. great service team INU ..? thank you for your overal support and services provided

Securites harash people like anything they don't respect people and patients no proper discipline and no complaint box or help centre no place for people to sit securites chase people during lunch break. Please provide help centre such people should be taken action strictly..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even we don't feel it's a government hospital, doctors, nurses securities all are very good, it's 100 beded hospital patients are more so we need to weight for long time. Outside if we go to private hospital grabbing money lakhs together. People who really can't weight if they have enough money to feed private hospital they can go. I went to sparsh hospital and took treatment for same treatment Dr Ramachandra made us to stay for 12days and made 2,60,000 bill + 40,000 medicine, but here it was becoming just 20k that to BPL card holders 0. No one will ask bribe. If you are chronic kidney problem need so much money private hospital people making it has business. I appreciate and respect institute of Nepro Urology team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's very good hospital for the treatment of kidney failure and any kind of urology related problems like bladder issues ,stones ,it's good hospital has wheel chair facilities,and ambulance facilities, it's one of best government hospital institute for the treatment of kidney and urology related problems ,most of the operation cover by the ayushman Bharat yojana ,BPL card and sc st card facilities, and there they give you dialysis treatment free for BPL card holders during treatment period in hospital only .and also kidney transplantation operation done here for both doner present or not in the family .cadver kidney registration also done here ,and operations done under kidney Suraksha Yojana. if you are Karnataka residential and BPL card holder with poor income certificate and also they provide free life saving medication to be taken after operation .over all doctors are very very good at there service hospital well cleanly maintained all staff work hard towards the welness of patients .
